Welcome to the 2nd edition of our Franschhoek Festivals Competition 2012. Our Festivals Competition celebrates the winter season in Franschhoek, and this year s we have again some Fabulous Prizes from our Sponsors. The Prizes are listed below the competition entry form.
This Year we are asking one simple question and the answer is at the bottom of our Bastille Festival Page.

You do not have to watch the videos to enter the competition, but please feel free to do so
as they are a tribute to him after he passed away in a tragic accident.

General Terms
- The Franschhoek Festivals Competition will be drawn on the 16th July 2012. This is to enable visitors at the Bastille Festival a chance to enter the draw.
- The webmaster of Franschhoek at your Fingertips decision is final and no negotiation will be entered in to. The draw will be done in a fair manner with witnesses.
- All prizes must be redeemed before 31 October 2011. Prizes not redeemed by then will fall away.
- Prizes cannot be transferred by the winners to other parties, unless extraordinary circumstances prevent the winner from claiming their prize. An example would be if the winner is unable to come to Franschhoek for their stay due to accident or illness. Should this occur the winners, in consultation with both the Webmaster at Franschhoek at your fingertips and the owners of the establishment concerned, may give the prize to close family members only.
- Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES may the prize be transferred to anyone for financial gain or sold to a third party.
Guest House Accommodation Prize Terms & Conditions
- Accommodation for Prize Winners is subject to availability as bookings already made at these establishments cannot be set aside, however the Guest House will make every effort to accommodate you.
- It is advisable to contact the establishments as soon as possible after winning your prize to check availability at any of the Guest House where you have won a prize, and to make arrangements for your stay. Prizes may be redeemed until the 31 October 2012 so there is ample time to find availability at a time that is suitable for you.
- No accommodation prize will be available after the 31 October 2012. Winners have the spring months to claim their prize.
- As these prizes come as pairs with restaurants offering a dining experience along with the accommodation prize, please do make a booking at the restaurant concerned at the same time you are arranging your stay at the Guest House. The Guest House Manager will assist in facilitatiing this. Every effort will be made to have that special table awaiting you in order for you to claim your prize.
