From Novice to Elite cyclists, a goal-specific program can take the guesswork out of your training.
When starting a training program, it is recommended to do a cycling-specific fitness test, to verify
your maximum heart rate, lung capacity, power and/or lactate threshold.
Make the most of your available training time, even if it only 45 minutes a day. Advice about all
aspects of training – including nutrition & training techniques.
Spinning is an excellent form of aerobic exercise that takes place in an indoor studio. The key elements of Spinning are resistance, leg speed & technique. The standard length of a class is 45 minutes.
It does not matter what fitness level you are at, whether you are a non-cyclist, social cyclist or
serious cyclist, anyone can Spin. Spinning is an brilliant form of cross-training, with runners, rugby players & even horse riders all deriving benefit.
9 classes per week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu & Fri mornings, & Mon, Tue, Wed & Thu evenings).
So whether you are a committed cyclist, dedicated couch potato or somewhere in between, looking
