Our Fine Dining Restaurant, Mange Tout, in the main hotel building, has spectacular views overlooking the scenic Franschhoek Valley, encapsulating what Franschhoek is all about - Good food and good wine in beautiful surroundings.

Our Menu focuses on classic dishes, yet unusual combinations, where each element can be savoured separately.

Mange Tout is under the helm of Executive chef Ryan Smith. While young in years, (31) South African born Ryan Smith has notched up an impressive list of credentials, working as a chef in reputed establishments worldwide.

that while the menu at Mange Tout is modern and up-to-date; he never fails to pay attention to the classic basics.
